Our mission is to grow a more diverse, confident, and connected leadership landscape in Aotearoa — one that reflects the communities we live in and supports the aspirations of emerging leaders across the motu.
Our services support emerging and mid-level leaders at any stage of their journey. Whether you're just beginning to explore your leadership potential or looking to grow in your current role, we provide a space to develop the confidence, skills, and connections needed to lead effectively.
Our approach is interactive and flexible, designed to meet the needs of busy workplaces and diverse teams. We focus on learning through experience where participants are invited to test new ideas, reflect on their leadership style, and embed change in the context of their everyday work.

Kirsty Doyle - Rongomaiwahine, Ngāti Rakaipaaka, Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairoa
Kirsty is a seasoned leader with expertise in empowering emerging voices and collaborating with Māori communities. With a strong background in capacity development across the public and private sectors, Kirsty brings cultural insight, practical skills and strategic vision to our programme.

Esther-Maria Bukholt - Tauiwi and Danish
Esther is a skilled facilitator and coach with decades of experience in leadership, collaboration and personal development. Drawing on her work in community and bi-cultural development, health and wellbeing, she helps participants discover actionable solutions to their challenges and provides learning experiences that stick.
